ADMISSIONS & COST
No Enrollment, Tuition, or Aid Claim Before a Program Is Ready
Admissions can open only for a named program, at a named campus or approved delivery site, with a published start window, approved capacity, instructors, facility readiness, student disclosures, cancellation terms, and a complete cost of attendance. Until those items exist, a form records interest and nothing more. It does not create admission, priority, a seat, a financial obligation, or a promise that the program will open.Explore Programs↗01Interest is not admission
02Complete cost disclosure
03Funding named accurately
What this chapter requires in practice.
Program cost will be disclosed as a complete budget rather than a headline tuition number. The disclosure is intended to separate tuition from registration, tools, protective equipment, uniforms, books or digital materials, external examination fees, licensing fees, transportation, and any optional advanced credential. Refund and withdrawal terms must be visible before a learner pays. No one should discover a required kit or board fee after enrollment.
The University is not approved for federal student aid and will not describe private payment plans, employer support, scholarships, workforce funding, or sponsor assistance as federal aid. A funding source will be named with its eligibility rules and responsible organization. Availability can vary by program and person, and no funding is guaranteed until the organization providing it confirms the award.
